We specialise in larger residential communities of 50 to 500 owners, though we manage communities with as few as 10 and one with over 800. Because our community managers also run residential branches, they know what makes a home in your community more valuable to sell or rent.
Commercial condominiums, strip malls and mixed buildings, including calculating monthly and annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fees and Ratio Utility Billing (RUB) where it applies.
